Recommendation

• Maximum number of persons allowed 6 with a total weight of 400 kg.
• Pets are not allowed on board.
• By aeronautical regulation, smoking is not allowed inside the aircraft.
• All minors must be accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult with written parental authorization.
• Any person who has any restriction and wishes to fly over the aircraft must sign a liability waiver form at the destination and present medical authorization if applicable.
• Children and senior citizens are not restricted from flying, except in the case of pacemakers.
• Pregnant women may fly, up to a maximum of seven months of pregnancy, as long as they have not presented a high-risk situation during this period.
• Any person with certain health conditions such as respiratory problems, vertigo, claustrophobia or heart disease, must present authorization with a signature and stamp from their doctor, indicating approval to carry out aerial activities specifically by helicopter or airplane.
• It is forbidden to fly while intoxicated or under the influence of psychoactive substances.
• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes – use sunscreen, sunglasses, a coat, cap, or hat.
• It is required to bring a camera with you.
• The use of a waistcoat is compulsory on the boat.
• The assistance card does not apply to people who are intoxicated or under the influence of psychoactive substances.
• Be environmentally friendly, protect the architectural and cultural heritage, and follow the guide’s instructions.

• Always carry your original identity documents.
• If you are going to pay by credit card, present the documentation that accredits you as the cardholder.
• The maximum weight per flight, including people and luggage is 490 kilograms, for flights departing from the city of Medellin.
